We have been working more and more over the last couple years in hopes of expanding upon all of the projects that are a part of the Deanna Cremin Memorial Foundation. Incorporating the imagery that we do as well as the music projects will further help folks interested in working with portions of the creative arts. It is always been our belief to encourage and embrace others, just as Deanna did through her very vibrant life. Deanna was always so inspired to reach out and find the ones that others may have over looked. Through the upcoming year and beyond, the Foundation that bears her name will do the same.

It is always such a pleasure to meet a new friend that shares a similar interest. Working with them on a small project, or whatever they may have, helps us all grow more and further establish that dreams that Deanna Cremin and her family has. We look forward to prosperous New Year, one that will be filled and shared with enjoyment through all of our friends. May God bless you all!

Smoke and Mirrors, Fire too...

I use symmetry often in my work, especially in some of the CD covers that I do. I have often found that you can get some very interesting patters and shapes with the effect. This is sometimes referred to as mirroring. A mere duplication, flipped horizontally and blended in. When I create the initial artwork, I leave a little overlap intentionally. Once duplicated and mirrored, I softly remove the overlap so no seem is present....





Working on many multiple layers, and using the various blending modes, allows for visual effects that can look quite realistic. The light blending modes will let an artist add to and create fire and smoke. Distorting and layering these more gives control of the elements too...
